Visualising technical drawings, models, templates and various markings has never been easier. Simple and fast calibration to space ensures repeatable precision projection that is scalable by designing the Render4 projector in versions – Base, Wide and Vert. The device is controlled by ADMIN4.0, which allows interactive work in a CAD environment with DXF files. ADMIN4.0 is a modular program that further allows the connection of various peripheral devices such as cameras for detecting the position of objects and inspecting the quality and correctness of the work and digital tools, thus creating an automated interactive working environment.

Operating life – more than 20.000 hours
Depending on the demands of the visualisation, the lifetime of the laser light is guaranteed to be more than 20,000 hours.
Equipment for a demanding environment
The Render4 is designed for undemanding operating conditions with low dust and humidity.
CAD, 3D projection and calibration
Render4 is controlled by ADMIN4.0 and work with it is brought into space thanks to the 3D CAD environment. Calibration offers a choice of ways, tailored to the application, and is also 3D.
Safe for the eyes
Despite the laser light, Render4 is safe for the eyes.
How visual projection works
Image projection using a laser video projector is the visualization of a computer image into a calibrated space so that the projection accurately defines the workspace. This allows the visualization of precise guidance to the surface and the objects within it. The laser video-projection is high contrast and clearly visible on different surfaces.
How spatial calibration works
The projector is internally accurately calibrated which allows for calibration in space using calibration paterns. This calibration defines a virtual space in the real environment and allows you to visualize the projection in space in a 3D coordinate system and adapt the guidance to precise positions in the workplace.
Benefits of using a video-projector and its application
Integration of 3D and 2D
Precise interfacing of ADMIN4.0 and its CAD environment with Render4 using 2D DXF and 3D STL models. Using 3D calibration, the laser projector can visualize not only in 2D space on a surface but also in 3D space on a differently shaped and curved surface, making the application possibilities endless.
Wide application and extension possibilities
The ADMIN4.0 control program allows for a wide range of extensions and pluggable peripherals such as camera for object position detection, automatic calibration, inspection of the correctness of work operations, digital tools, automation and long-term storage of production data. Interactive projection
By projecting graphic images, videos and animations, it is possible to create clear and interactive information visualisations.
Precise calibration
The Render4 projector is accurately calibrated to the space, allowing you to work in the coordinate system of the workplace.
Configurable and clear projection
The laser light source produces a contrasting projection image and the size of the workspace can be easily defined by configuring the optics.
