SmartVision, s.r.o. respects your privacy. We aim to offer you a full service, therefore we need to know some of your data. We protect this data from misuse and guarantee that it will not be disclosed to any third party, except for the recipients as defined in point 3 below. This applies to your identification and contact details for direct marketing.

In the case of natural persons, this includes the following personal data: title, first and last name, home address or delivery address, phone number, and e-mail address. Legal entities or self-employed persons include the following data: business name, address of registered office or place of business, registration number, tax identification number, VAT number, phone number, and e-mail address.

If you have provided us with personal data, it will only be used:

  • for the proper provision of our services to our customers, related to the provision of our services, and for the technical administration necessary for the appropriate provision of our services on www.smartvision.eu, all on the legal basis of the performance of a contract to which you, as the data subject, are a party and based on your consent,
  • for marketing and sales purposes if you have provided your contact details and consented to receive promotional materials and sales offers via the form on www.smartvision.eu.

The processing of personal data within the scope of this website is based on Article 6, paragraph 1 letter a) GDPR, and therefore based on the person’s consent.

As a data subject, the customer has the right to:

  • the right to request access to his/her data from the operator by Article 15 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons about the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and Section 21 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”);
  • the right to rectification of personal data by the operator within the meaning of Article 16 of the General Data Protection Regulation and Section 22 of the Act;
  • the right to erasure of personal data within the meaning of Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation and Section 23 of the Act;
  • the right to restrict the processing of personal data within the meaning of Article 18 of the General Data Protection Regulation and Section 24 of the Act;
  • the right to oppose the processing of personal data by the operator for direct marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent that it is related to direct marketing. If the customer objects to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, the operator may no longer process that customer’s data for direct marketing purposes;
  • the right to the portability of the customer’s data within the meaning of Article 20 of the General Data Protection Regulation and Article 26 of the Act;
  • the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time;
  • the right to file a petition with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic if the customer believes that his/her rights under the General Data Protection Regulation or the Act have been directly affected.

The customer may apply these rights to the operator at any time

  • in writing by sending a letter to the address of the operator’s registered office;
  • electronically by sending an email to info@smartvision.eu; or
  • by telephone at +421 948 178 700.

6. Special provisions regarding cookies

As the administrator of the www.smartvision.eu website, the operator uses cookies on this website for the following purposes:

  • Measuring website traffic and generating statistics relating to visitor traffic and behavior on the website;
  • Basic functionality of the website.
